These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Language Horizon website and internal automation tooling (together, the "Service"), operated by the project's sole owner.
Language Horizon is an internal automation backend used by the operator to produce and publish educational English-language videos and Shorts to YouTube channels owned by the operator. The Service is not offered as a product to the general public and has no third-party user registration.
The Service uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Service the operator agrees to be bound by:

selfDeclaredMadeForKids as required.All video content produced by the Service is original work of the operator. Third-party assets (stock imagery, music, fonts) used in production are licensed from their respective rights-holders.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
